Every fare includes a free personal item that fits under the seat. A carry-on (10 kg) and checked bags (23 kg or 32 kg) can be added to your booking — the Zero and Full bundles already include more baggage than JetSMART Lite.
JetSMART Lite is non-refundable with no changes. The Zero bundle allows paid changes, and the Full bundle includes free date changes. You can manage changes from the My Booking section before your departure date.
Online check-in opens 48 hours before departure and closes 1 hour before the scheduled flight. Checking in online and bringing your own boarding pass avoids airport counter fees.
You can pay with major credit and debit cards. Prices are shown in Chilean pesos (CLP) and include taxes and fees, so the total you see is the total you pay.
